Experiencing tightness in the thighs?

Try this stretch to loosen them up.

•Start by going into the kneeling position.

•Keep/roll your calves outside of thighs and sit back down gently, by slowly lowering your butt to the ground.

•Only sit and lean back according to your personal level of comfort without arching your back.

•For beginners try holding it for 60-90 seconds.
