Ian was much younger than most of the other trainers I have worked out with . Initially I wasn’t sure if he will understand how to train someone my age group.
However, Ian has completely proved me wrong . His routine has made me stronger . The focus that he has on form has helped with my knee pain.
He is extremely professional and I really like his focus on form and the fact that he brings in the right balance of pushing the client at the same time keeping the workout enjoyable . It’s also good that he focuses on working with a few core movements and make sure we get the form and technique right.
Overall, training at The Strength Yard is really good . I have really begin to like strength training and can feel the difference in my body.
