From Nov 2020 to Mar 2021, Greg training under coach @Tsy.mcgere progressed from :
Squatting 52.5kg ➡️ 75kg
Deadlifting 75kg ➡️ 92.5kg
Greg started out with a good background in strength training. We took some time to make small tweaks to his technique and then went to work. Building up one successful training block upon another, Greg remained really consistent with his training and comes in twice weekly without fail.
