How To Stretch Your Glutes



Many people have tight hip muscles, one of the most common issues is that it gets overworked, causing excessive external rotation in the hips, which causes lower back discomfort + pain.

Here’s an awesome stretch to release the Hip/Gluteus muscles (External hip rotators, Piriformis & the Gluteus Maximus) !

Things to note when executing the stretch:

• Lay on your back, making sure you’re not arching your lumbar

• Fold the leg on the side that you’re stretching (Forming an L-shape as shown in the video & pictures), with the other leg bringing in the knee to the tummy

• Bring your arms in and around the knee

• Interlock the hands & fingers, and pull the bended knee towards your body
