With zero knowledge about weight training and just squatting the empty bar was already a difficult task, Jeremy started training with Gerald a couple of months back. Obstacles were met along the way but they have managed to overcome them. Now Jeremy is able to squat his own body weight of 71kg for reps and he is just going to get better and stronger from here on! Of course there is still so much to be improved on but with consistency and hard work, we are sure that he can achieve many more PRs in the future ✌🏻
