As a runner, I have always been trying to strengthen my gluteus to improve my running and to prevent injury.
Using 3kg of dumbbell to do squat has proven not as effective. I randomly ran into The Strength Yard, spoke to Terence and arranged a trial session with him.
Decided to sign up with him as personal training. At the beginning, it was really tough during every single session of my personal training. but pretty soon I could see there was a big difference in my running especially in hill works or running up hill in a race.
