Our Progressive Strength Classes Membership teaches members the fundamentals of barbell strength training. You will learn the core compound movements such as Squats, Bench, Deadlift, Rows and etc..

Every member will be given an individual program according to their own progression. This class is suitable for individuals who have no experience in barbell strength training or beginners who may have some experience but would like to improve.

Members will be able to book up to 12 classes a month through a points based booking system.

The Progressive Strength Classes Membership comes with the open gym access as well, which means you will be able to use the open gym to do your training from 6am to 12 midnight through the booking system.

All payment collections are done through an automated monthly/annual recurring credit card payment arrangement from PayPal.

(you do not need a paypal account for this, there’s an option to sign up as a guest account.)

*Please take note that for the first few sessions, there won’t be much progression in terms of weights carried as the focus is on technique learning and setting the foundation right.

*There will be a $20 admin fee and a $50 refundable card deposit for the first payment.

Booking System:

1. Create an account here (https://www.bookeo.com/thestrengthyard/customer) and inform us once it’s done.

*We will need to adjust your account first and issue you the 12 points before you’re able to book your first class

 

2. Once the points are given, please proceed to book a slot under “Progressive Strength Classes Membership” and inform us the date and time of your first class booked.

*Please avoid the afternoons classes for your first 2 sessions as it is not suitable for new comers due to it being a bigger class of 8 pax.

1. Once we have established the date of your first booking, please setup the recurring credit card payment through paypal a day before attending it:

3. Send a picture of yourself to our respective staff that’s in contact with you so that we can recognize you.
