How To Stretch Your Quadriceps
Experiencing tightness in the thighs?
Try this stretch to loosen them up.
• Start by going into the kneeling position.
• Keep/roll your calves outside of thighs and sit back down gently, by slowly lowering your butt to the ground.
• Only sit and lean back according to your personal level of comfort without arching your back.
• For beginners try holding it for 60-90 seconds.
