Initially when I first started out, I had reservations of Ian of whether he would be able to understand my “elderly” needs and make the adjustments to the program.
However, it took just one session for the reservation to go away.
Ian professionalism, methodical /systematic approach, focus on technique, well balanced all round approach, in depth theoretical knowledge and an easy going nature gave me the confidence in training.
Training at The Strength Yard has been great fun and I have learned a great amount about the techniques when it comes to Strength Training.
Also, I have gotten to understand my body a whole lot better and the results speak for themselves, 135 kg Deadlift with excellent form.
