Stay Home Conditioning – Full Body HIIT

DIFFICULTY LEVEL – HARD

New full body HIIT workout is out! Tabata style, 20 secs work , 10 secs rest for 4 rounds. At the end of everything , finish it off with 3 sets of handstand holds. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

All you need is access to a resistant band or if you don’t, substitute with what you have on hand. Perhaps a dumbbell or something as simple as a water bottle even!

Give your triceps and chest a little burn today. If you have access to a resistant band even better! 4 sets, 10 reps, 1 minute rest between sets.
