Information such as what’s your current job (if it’s physically engaging or desk bound), training availability, eating habits, sleeping schedule, any other habits such as smoking or drinking and etc.. The more information we have, the better we will be able to customize your program.

Medical And Training History
Have you sustained an injury before? Do you have a certain medical condition or underwent surgery before that we should know? Let us know your concerns regarding training and we will address them as well. For experienced lifters, we may request for past training videos or programs to better understand you.

Goals Setting
We will then set realistic goals based on the information provided above. Our Coaches will draft out a mock up training plan and run through with you so that you have an overall better picture.

Movement Assessment
We may also request you to perform various movements to see your current condition. This would further help in refining the training program.
