This is an important assessment to better understand which area of your body is lacking in strength or range of motion. From this, movement patterns can be adjusted or taught better and exericse selection can be curated.

    We will then set realistic goals based on the information provided. Our Coaches will draft out a mock up training plan and run it with you so that you will have a better understanding.
