The instructor keeps the explanation simple for beginners to understand, such as in explaining the movement, cues, what to watch out for, etc. Even if you're more advanced or experienced, it would be challenging enough and the instructor is happy to answer questions as well.

Concentrated on upper body movements for the first segment of today's class. Have been joining the class for a few sessions and there's a good variety of movements to keep you interested. Thanks for conducting the class and motivating us when we are just about to give up!
